Oatmeal with Fruits & Dry fruits
When I was first introduced to oats I had developed a strong dislike towards it because of its bland taste. Although I have heard of its many health benefits I could not convince myself to having oats. On the other hand Little Nair is fond of having oats. Oatmeal is one of his favourite breakfast recipe which he has by himself (Feeding time is saved…meanwhile I can concentrate on other tasks) Since Little Nair was fond of it I thought of giving it a try. One spoon in my mouth and I wanted some zing to it to make it edible. So to make it more palatable I started experimenting by incorporating other ingredients into it.
And one of this is the oatmeal recipe/porridge from my kitchen which is cooked in minutes on a busy Monday morning.
So let’s get started with this recipe.
